Trial & Appellate Practice

Adam is a partner at Hudson, Potts & Bernstein, Northeast Louisiana's oldest and largest law firm, founded in 1875, and a former president of the 4th Judicial District Bar Association. He has extensive courtroom experience, handling cases not only throughout Louisiana, but nationwide, from Texas to North Carolina. He has represented everyone from individuals, families, and local municipalities to national corporations and firearms manufacturers. Those cases have spanned everything from multimillion dollar class actions and constitutional litigation to boundary disputes and misdemeanors.

Adam also maintains an active appellate practice, having argued before eight different state and federal appellate courts. A member of the United States Supreme Court Bar, he persuaded the nation's highest court to grant a writ of certiorari for a local client, a step the high court takes in less than 1% of cases brought before it.
